Pool
No student community in Wilmington would be complete with ample outdoor amenities, and you’ll find them all at Seahawk Retreat! Our pool is centrally located in the community and is available for all residents and guests to enjoy. If you’re not up for a dip in the pool, you can still enjoy the outdoor dining areas and pool-side lounge chairs for a much-needed outdoor escape during the school year.
24/7 Fitness Center
Our on-site fitness center offers all the essentials you need to stay fit without running to the campus recreation center. The Seahawk Retreat fitness center offers dumbbells, benches for free weight work, and machines to hit all your major muscle groups. There is also a range of cardio equipment available, including stationary bikes and ellipticals with great windows to allow natural light to fuel your workout.
Clubhouse
Our resident clubhouse is the communal center of Seahawk Retreat, where you’ll find our management and leasing office, our business center, large study rooms, and a fitness center. This is where residents will pick up packages, chat with our management team members, and catch up with fellow residents. It’s also where we hold indoor events throughout the year, which are not to be missed!

Adjacent to our clubhouse and pool, you’ll find our outdoor social lounge with grills, hammocks, a fire pit, and corn-hole games. These are available for all residents to use as a benefit of joining our community.
Seahawk Retreat strives to foster a sense of community among our residents and hosts monthly community events throughout the school year. We encourage all residents to join our events to meet our staff and fellow residents while making the most of your time at Seahawk Retreat.
Seahawk Retreats offers on-site guest parking for your family and friends to use when visiting our community. Guest parking is first-come, first-serve, but we encourage you to check with our management team if you plan to have guests parking for an extended period.
Resident packages are stored inside the management office for safekeeping and are available for pick-up during regular office hours. If you are expecting an essential package that you think may arrive after the office is closed, please reach out to our team to make us aware of the pending delivery.

Fully Furnished Apartments
When you lease a furnished apartment, there’s no need to hunt for second-hand items or flea-market deals. You’ll be provided with contemporary and cozy beds, sofas, desks, chairs, and lamps.
Fully-Equipped Kitchens
At Seahawk Retreat, there’s little excuse for not eating well, with kitchens that include a range with a full-size oven, an over-the-stove microwave, a refrigerator-freezer, and a modern dishwasher. In our remodeled units, the appliances are stylish stainless steel, while in other units, they may be black or white, but they’re equally efficient. Your kitchen has ample cabinets and generous countertop space, perfect for spreading out your cookbooks and ingredients. It features a modern faucet setup that makes cleanup a breeze. Don’t forget to pack your go-to recipes!
Private Bedrooms
Seahawk Retreat features private bedrooms with separate locks. In some of our floor plans, two bedrooms share a bath. But, if you’d instead not share, we understand. Just pick a plan that has a private bath for each bedroom. It doesn’t get much better than that, right? No matter how you choose, you’ll live your best life in the heart of Wilmington.

Talk about convenience! Every one of the apartments at Seahawk Retreat has an in-unit washer and dryer. Believe it! If that’s not one of life’s ultimate luxuries, we’re not sure what it is! You can do laundry every day, if you wish, at any time.
